Frank G. Bernard, 72, 2901 Major Av. N., Golden Valley, died Wednesday, Services in Welander-Quists Mortuary, 1200 W. Broadway, at 1 p.m Friday. Burial in Roselawn Cemetery, St. Paul. Retired owner of Western Auto Store in Northfield, Minn., past commander of the Northfield Post 84 American Legion, past grand master of the Masonic Lodge in Northfield.

Survivors: his widow, Elsie; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Maercklein, Rice Lake, Wis., Mrs. William Daly [Betty Mae], Northfield, and Mrs. Ira Burhans [Barbara Ann], Minneapolis; three sisters, Mrs. Sabina Kinn, and Miss Olive Bernard, both of Wahpeton, N.D., and Mrs. Dorothy McMullen, West Fargo, N.D., and 19 grandchildren.
